Hello Toro Citizens!
This is going to be the most massive post to date so get ready!
RP standardTL is advertised as a Serious RP server but we're lacking the serious part. As such, Hat is currently helping me amend a few game rules and creating a uniform RP standard that will be posted on the forums. A few things to note for now:
- Use (( )) to indicate OOC chat while in local chat.
- Aging your character is optional. BUT your character cannot revert an age or grow three years in a day. They must age naturally according to the Solrock Calender.
- Age will matter on whether your character may rent a store or home. One complex, 1 Kingler, is set aside to have no age limits.
- Toro is set in the 1950s so characters/knowledge you know from the anime/manga do not exist in our parallel pixelverse.
- Headphones, cellphones, texting and portable radios still don't exist. Send a Pidgey with a note instead~

Villain Applications
Some may have noticed but there are now villain applications in the work. We've noted a lot of discrepancies with RP theft, if any at all (i.e. Using enderpearls to get inside locked doors) and as such, crimes may only be committed if that character has an approved villain application that states their registered evils.
On top of that, there will be no chest access in regions without permissions and a few days ago, we've added a new plugin to disable enderpearls.

Texture Pack Update
There was a new update with new NPC Villager skins. You can download the resource pack below:
If you own a store, you are automatically given a NPC Villager. Give a GM/Admin a shout through the in-game ticket system (/ticket). The costs for stores is not only to accommodate the wages of the shopkeeper but to encourage people to RP as shop owners. You will find it hard to make money by leaving your NPC unattended and do not interact with the other members.
Settlements
A quick clarification on settlements... When your character signs a settlement charter, it becomes your character's affiliation. That means, your character must be committed to settling in Carmine if they sign Carmine's charter. Your character would become ___ from Carmine Town as Ash would be from Pallet Town.
To simplify it, one character, one vote.
