What steps have been taken to try and promote the Business / encourage RP?: For the past 2 Snowed-In events, Mystical Fire has been the spot for the Community dinner. Additionally, if you beat the local gym, you get one free hot cocoa to celebrate your victory!
Does your Business have a vshop or provide any notable IC / OOC services?*: There's an IC Vshop for the take-out bakery, an alcremie trainer for the ribbon sweet.
Additional Notes / Reasoning: The establishment is located right by where you walk up the stairs from getting off the train to Galena, as well as one of the stairwells leading down to Lower Galena after you get off the elevator being very close to the restaurant, not to mention it's right by the entrance to residential Galena! The chances of you passing by this place when in Galena are high!

How much per season you want your business to make: Seeing as I'm entirely reworking how the bar profits, I think going back to what was established the Bar would make at the beginning would be the best: 8k, with 2k being removed for IC workers, leaving me with 6k

What steps have been taken to try and promote the Business / encourage RP?: Sadly Noctis is unreachable atm, with Tyrian ongoing renovations. But once those are done, I think of opening up noctis every odd week or so, seeing as how we need more bar rp's with Bar Night being sadly cut short

Does your Business have a vshop or provide any notable IC / OOC services?*: I was thinking of having a Vshop set in place, but it'd mostly be an rp service, having a fun place to drink and hang out (And fight, any good bar has a bar fight or two)

Additional Notes / Reasoning: Zeke's been working under shiv here under no pay just to know how to manage the place; he doesn't want to waste what is basically Shiv's gift to him so he'll do his most to run the place well! (Also Noctis needed some new management and rp since it's a cool place : ) )

Your stores have provided some RP I think it's good! Since it's just the two restaurants, they're already at an acceptable amount, and Lily has been at this for so long and it's her only thing- I don't see any reason to reduce either for workers. Accepting as is!

Despite being an older establishment I appreciative the fact you already kept in mind the cost for IC workers! I also see you have some plans, and I look forward to seeing what you do with it now! Despite the fact that it might not be reachable right now, we're already doing paychecks- you can choose if you want to opt out of collecting it right now or figure out where it might ICly come from currently (private deals and sponsors? Who knows!)
