With an excited smile on her face, Leann would step out from the town hall with a stack of fresh newspapers, right off the press. Setting down the stack beside her, she would take a step forward, making her annoucment loud and proud:

"Step right up, Ladies and Gentlemen! Be the first to own Toro's new Newspaper! The Daily Cobalt Waves! How much for this bad boy, you ask? Since this is our first issue, It's on the house! That's right folks, Free! So come on- I don't care what you do with our Newspaper, read it, burn it, use it as toiletpaper- So long as you're happy, I'm happy!"
