People begin to enter Aurelia's court house as the word of a seaside mansion being auctioned off spreads. As the minutes pass the court house fills with various people, some coming to watch... others coming to bid. With a slam of a gravel on the center podium the auctioneer bellows through the main room.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to one of the first auctions hosted by Toro's own government. Today's auction will focus around a seaside mansion outside of Cobalt. This home is primed for perfect views of Toro's eastern sea. The home includes one bedroom, a large dinning area with a sizable kitchen and a large lab that can be turned into what ever the owner may want it to be if they wish to change it. The house also includes an expansive fenced in backyard that can be perfect for spending anytime of the day out in Cobalt's perfect weather. The starting bid will be 75,000P and bid increments must exceed or be 1,000P! May the best win!"

The auctioneer slams his gravel once more and the bidding is off!

A few second after the bidding starts, Jade was watching the crowd before she stood up, held up her sign and yelled " eighty thousand pix! ". Then She calmly sat down and continued watching the crowd.

" Eighty-five thousand. " Roxanne calls out while raising her hand. She wondered if she even wanted it, she was more of an apartment dweller anyways, Mansions were nice and all and she liked shiny things, but it would be lonely. It was too late to take it back though, oh well.

" Oh, it's on!" Jade says to herself confidently, She raises her hand, " Hundred thousand! " She yells out, thinking nobody would outbid her now.

Roxanne furrowed her brow, such an increase in price... was a challenge? With a new found grin she raises her hand and calls out, " 105k! "

Jade grins, " Time to get beat. " She says to herself, She holds up her hand " 115.000! " She yells out. Jade looks at Roxanne, She sticks her tongue out, Like a little mean child.

Kiliona tapped his foot somewhere near the back of the room as he debated on what to do. Eventually the boy stood up on his chair and held his sign up in the air. "Ummm..yes! Kiliona will bid 120,000 pixel on the cobalt home sir!"
