Number of hours available: Honestly depends on work and mathematics studies. However, things via discord I’m available for quite a bit. I’d say between 2 and 5 hours per day? It’s hard to say as my schedule tends to change with how work is set up. It’s never so much I can’t attend to things when needed.
How long you have been playing on Toro League:
Nearly 3 years at this point I believe

Why do you want to become a Community Moderator?: I’ve always enjoyed helping people and trying to resolve conflicts. Over the past three years I’ve grown to really love Toro and want to help it be the best it can be!
Do you have any past experiences of any similar positions?: I was a moderator for a Minecraft server a while back, probably around 2019, 2020. From 2021 to 2022 I worked as a preschool teacher for a local homeschool group. In addition I am now currently a dungeon master for a DnD campaign with 6 players.
Are you in any supervision positions within the server?:
I am an Event Team member. While I haven’t run as many events as I’d like to I’m getting back into the swing of it and will be working on more as I can.

What is one weakness you have that might hinder your ability to work on this team?: Health is probably the biggest one. While I’ve gotten more control over it sometimes I have flare ups which do hinder my ability to work on as many projects as I have planned. It shouldn’t pose too big of an issue though.
How confident are you in your ability to defuse tense situations?: I am confident I can defuse a tense situation! While it hasn’t always been 100% in the past I’ve had a good track record both with friends and family of being able to defuse situations.
What are some traits you have that will make you a good Community Moderator?: I make a point to listen and analyze issues before jumping right in from all accounts. After doing so I can patiently work through the issues with people and try to help them come to an understanding of what happened and what they could’ve done better and/or how to approach it properly in the future.

Anything else we need to know: This isn’t necessarily a hindrance more of something I’m aware of. I do try to see the best in people! However, I will always discuss with other team members what is best done in individual situations so it can be a strength instead of a weakness!
