Appearance Details Rhys stands at a comfortable 5'6, of a healthy build. He appears to be rather athletic, however all of his body is typically hidden behind baggy clothing and ripped jeans. He typically wears sneakers, that seem only a little worn, and alternates between round framed glasses and contacts. He wears a silver watch on his left wrist, as well as a silver ring on both ring fingers (left and right). Around his neck he wears a necklace he got from Hoenn with four identical pendants on it. His hair is black, which seems to catch the light that makes it purple, and has the eyes of a Milanan Royal: A striking purple. Personality Rhys is relatively reclusive and shy, with a somewhat skiddish nature. While age and maturity has helped him grow out of some of it, he's a bit of a coward, running away at the first sight of danger. He is far from a trainer, or a fighter of any kind, and instead likes to indulge himself in music and reading. Despite this, Rhys retains an active lifestyle for both health reasons, and to bond with his father and twin sister. History Rhys was born in Toro to Tristessa and Pisu Ashwood, in the Aurelia Hospital in Toro. Growing up in the peaceful town of Viridis, Rhys was a relatively shy and introverted child, with a deathly fear of Pokemon. It wasn't until repeated exposure through his scientist mother and some rather insistent friends that Rhys did eventually begin to warm up to Pokemon as a whole, now having a few of his own. In his early life, Rhys could have been considered a foil to his rather adventurous and brave sister, Luciana. Where Lucy seemed dedicated to the blade teachings of her father's family, Rhys only went as far of the basics: which is to appreciate nature and life, everything that one would fight to protect. Soon after, while Lucy began to break off and study more intensely under their father, Rhys spent more time with his mother, or at the Carmine Performing Arts school, learning piano, then the acoustic guitar, followed by singing once his voice changed during puberty. Finally entering his teenage years, Rhys became more physically active. While he still wore baggy clothes and the like, he seemed to begin to care more about his health and body, taking up weight lifting and exercising, even learning a bit of combat from his father as a method of spending time with both him and Lucy, as well as keeping himself fit.
