History: Raised on one of the smaller islands in the Orange Archipelago, he comes from a large family, and a decent living. His father used to run a small, but happy general store, as his mom helped with the shipping boats between islands. Life was good, he was a happy kid with a happy family! He went to a small school of mixed ages with his siblings, and while he wasn't the smartest, he learnt his Unovan and his numbers.
In the year 1099, when he was six, horrible disasters with weather terrorized the islands - his island. He, his father, and his siblings all survived - but nothing else did. He lost his mother, his home, his friends, his island. After the disaster, the family struggled, but survived, until island aid arrived. From there they moved to Toro, as conditions on the islands were not improving. There was apparently some childhood friends of his dads that lived in Toro, and it was supposed to be a nice place!
It was okay. His father couldn't work well, he was injured in the storms, but his father had friends who helped with that. Life wasn't like before, but it'd never be. It wasn't terrible at least. His dad's friends encouraged him and helped him get into hockey and soccer, which he loves!
Life was doing alright, Cobalt was always sunny, and his family was safe. His father seemed at peace once getting to Toro, and his siblings were recovering. One spring night his dad didn't come home, but that's alright.
Nature
Personality: Rudy is an average boy who makes the most out his circumstances. He is resourceful, add that with a big imagination and he's always entertaining himself and others. He's a bit of a clown, and a bit of a bully, but rarely on purpose - he's just not used to Toroan kids. He was a very stubborn and bull-headed kid though, going to solve things with brawn and force, rather than a bit of thought.
Oddly though he does get along with everybody that he gets to know. Even if he isn't one of those ' is rude and mean, but opens up when you get to know him ' - he's the same old, same old, honest to himself. One just realizes that he never truly means harm. Rudy just rarely thinks, unless he's worrying about his family, or his next meal.
Strengths: Extremely loyal to his family, extremely honest, just VERY X-TREME!!!
