Golurk is a bipedal Pixelmon resembling a large suit of armour, seemingly made out of a hard clay-like substance. They sport a teal color with yellow runes on their shoulders. It has a rather small head compared to it's body with two pale yellow-glowing L-shaped eyes on its face, one of which turns to its left at the bottom, unlike Golett's eye, which turns right.

There is a crack across the chest of the armor, which is patched diagonally with a brown seal. The intensity of the glow coming from a Golurk's cracks depends on the intensity of the Pixelmon's mood. There are large bands around the Golurk's wrist resembling the same clay material as it's seal.

When a Golurk's seal is removed, the energy inside its chest leaks out, causing it to become hostile to everything in sight, and generally going berserk. Like a malfunctioning machine, a Golurk in this state has no control over their actions, and can be very dangerous indeed. The seal can be re-applied by simply hammering it back in place, or in the case of a seal being completely destroyed, by creating a new one out of clay and hammering it into place with nails. It is, as of yet, unclear why exactly a simple piece of clay has this effect.

Despite a Golurk's large stature, it is capable of flight by pulling its hands and legs inwards, and using the hand and leg cavities as rocket boosters. It is to be noted, however, that a Golurk's flight is significantly quieter than if one were to use equivalent man-made rockets. The exact fuel and method of propulsion remains something of a mystery.

Golurk tend to be quite calm, often described by trainers as being deliberate and analytical. Often slow but powerful, Golurk tend to move around quite slowly, although they can be capable of surprising bursts of speed. Of course, this is not the case with all Golurk, as some in captivity can attest.

Many wild Golurks have been found to be upwards of several centuries old, lending credence to the theory that they do not age in the conventional sense. Further, Golurk are seemingly only able to reproduce by creating a Golett, although the exact mechanism by which this is accomplished is currently a mystery.

If a Golurk is damaged beyond a healing machine's capabilities (Like Kaibo and his shattered right arm) he can be repaired. One of the ways to repair a Golurk was thought of by the manager of Ferrite, Sam Knighton. However, doing so is a very dangerous, pricey and precise procedure. First, one has to make a Golurk vessel out of clay larger than the original Golurk's body and encase said vessel in a protective steel layer, and then one must encase the damaged Golurk inside the new vessel. One then fires the clay vessel and places a small explosive on the old body. Setting the explosive charges off will cause a chain reaction, allowing the already explosive and unstable Golurk core to flow freely out of the freshly made hole destroying his old body, and if all went well, allowing it to possess the new vessel. Keep in mind, however, that blowing a hole inside the Golurk will hurt it, and that the process itself is quite dangerous to both the Golurk itself and those around him. Very few individuals have the technical skill and knowledge to perform such an operation.

Habitats
Golurk can usually be found in the mountains, quite high up and away from civilization. Or in old ruins where they can often be mistaken for ordinary statues. One can also rarely find them in places tied to the Distortion Realm such as the Gate to the distortion realm found below Aurelia.

Common uses by trainers
While Golurk are not commonly used by trainers because of their solitary nature, they're quite helpful and strong. Trainers use them for transportation of both goods and themselves, they're also quite strong in battle.

Differences from Mainstream Lore
In Toro's canon, it is unknown when Golurk were created or by whom. Furthermore, Golurk in Toro are able to 'reproduce' by creating a Golett vessel, as described above.
