Grimer is a slimy, amorphous blob-like Pixelmon, made of living purple sludge. Its body is a pungent cesspool of bacteria, which are so potent that grimers are capable of killing plants through simple proximity. It has two large eyes with beady little pupils, and a gaping mouth with a grey tongue. While it lacks any visible legs, it does have two arms with three digits on each hand. It is constantly oozing; endlessly leaking a germ-infected fluid from all parts of its body. Pieces of it often breaks off during travel, and from these pieces new Grimer will begin to grow. When combined with another Grimer, it produces new poisonous compounds.

Grimer evolves into Muk after a degree of battle experience.

Habitats
In dirty residential areas where people throw trash into the streets, it is almost certain to appear. It will readily consume nearly any waste or refuse generated by people and Pixelmon alike. It can be found in heavily polluted bodies of water, cities and factories.

Toro-Specific Habitats
Much like their younger and more common cousins the Grimers, Muks are most commonly found in the swamp to the north of Cobalt. They can also be found in large numbers within Aurelia's sewers.

Differences from Mainstream Lore
By and large, there are only two things that set Grimers in Toro's canon apart from the Grimers of the games and anime. First, in the games, Grimers are created by "sludge that was transformed by x-rays from the moon". Quite frankly, this is outright ridiculous, so in Toro's canon, the method through which Grimers are created is somewhat unknown, but it is well-known that Grimers will tend to appear in heavily-polluted areas or garbage dumps.

One noted ability that Grimers possess in the games is the ability to permanently destroy farmland through contact. This is, admittedly, very difficult even in real life, and as such the worst that Grimers are capable of in Toro is causing crops to wilt, and, if left in extended contact, killing them outright and polluting land.
