Are you trying to get money for a business?
You need to upload an ICGM-M before submitting a paycheck! The ICGM-M is used to approve your business' income as a viable amount, and to ask for changes (ex: asking for more if your business starts generating more RP). When your ICGM-M or any changes are approved, the staff member who approved it will update this thread for you.
Are you trying to get your employees paid?
When you need to create or adjust the paycheck of your employee (ex: hiring / firing / promotion / demotion), post here with the appropriate form. If your own paycheck is lowered due to hiring someone then your new paycheck amount will be noted in the same post.
I suggest scrolling down a little more to the 'For Business Owners' section as it has some useful information!

What would you like to change?:
What is the reason for this change?:
If you fail to do so then there will be consequences- including but not limited to taking pix from your bank to make up for collecting pix your character is not earning.
If something is missing then fill out a new ICGM-M if needed and/or contact your employer! If your employer doesn't fill out their ICGM-M then contact me and I will try to work something out; also feel free to contact me if you need any help, have any questions, or are confused about anything.

By filling out the employee form found below, it helps both you and your employees! You will no longer have to manually pay your workers, and we'll even cover some of the cost; it saves you money and effort. This is to help save you time so you can use it on RP rather than getting money through other means.
At the very minimum, we will pay up 5kp without question for any full-time job as that's the minimum wage. Afterwards we'll be willing to discuss covering more of the paycheck so long as it's appropriate for the job.
Suggestions on how much to pay an employee:
• [1kp~3kp] For a part-time job.
• [5kp] is the absolute minimum wage for full-time and is for mundane entry-level jobs and/or ones that might not contribute to rp much if at all Ex: Cashiers, Delivery man.
• [6kp~7kp] for jobs that only sometimes contributes to RP and requires a little OOC effort every so often. Ex: Bartenders, Waiters, Librarian, Real Estate Agent
• [7kp~9kp] is for jobs that may encourage RP and requires IC training or OOC effort to do. Ex: Instructor, Construction Worker, Parks & Recreation Worker, Reporter
• [9kp~10kp+] is for jobs with lots of RP potential and requires OOC research. Something that requires you have put a bit of time and effort- IC and OOC- into it, and continue to do so to help push RP. This also includes normally high paying jobs that might require a higher degree. Ex: Medical professionals, scientists,
You're free to pay your workers more than suggested, however if you do it is possible I will lower your paycheck to make up for the extra you're paying them. Of course there's also some flexibility, a fully trained chef at a fancy restaurant or the chief of a newspaper may earn a little bit more than any random chef or reporter! Just think about what might be appropriate based on the RP factors behind it and make sure to note it in the job description.
If you're unsure, don't be afraid to ask me for advice; I know it's not a comprehensive list. Hopefully the above gives an alright idea though!
Bonuses
You and your employees can earn bonuses for taking actions to promote RP. This can be as small as just opening your business to doing mini events such as classes, tours, parties, and themed nights. All you have to do is fill out a small form and we'll give you- and anyone who helped you- some extra pix! This form can be found at: [TBA!]
Multiple Jobs
If I notice your character has two or more jobs, it is likely I will contact the employee and work something out where one is a part-time job- and thus lowered since the character will be working less hours! So- While having more jobs is technically possible, I'd like to ask that you keep your character's capabilities in mind.
