Well the way I see it, Cliques won't form if it's 1 big channel, and when sub-channels develop, the population of TS will be evenly spread, allowed more than 1 group of friends to interact in the same channel, so if anything slips up, the others will notice, I agree with your first part. From there...

You did well to outline the points I brought up, but you seem to have forgotten one: the promotion of cliques. TS creates an easy server-sanctioned way for cliques to form. I know everyone wants to have fun with their friends, but being in a private group will create problems. If it's just a Q&A...
