History:

Has been raised by his father, Rhys Ashwood, since the day he was born in the Ashwood Manor in Viridis. His mother, Cosette Henso, unfortunately isn't around all that much due to her time on a ship from The Order, sadly screwing with her mentally. This coupled with her working overseas on movie sets doing costume design has led to her becoming more of "that cool aunt who shows up from time to time with gifts". Rhys has done well up to now raising Connor though, still feeling the love Connor has for his father and making sure Connor gets the most out of life. Has two adopted siblings, Cleo, his older sister, and Eli, his older brother. Connor doesn't get to see Cleo too much lately, but looks up to them and enjoys whenever they call home. Eli however lives everyday with Connor and is most definitely greeted with brotherly support often, even if Eli might not want it sometimes.

Living in such a big house was lonely at first, but Connor quickly grew to enjoy his home through many different ways. The many spaces he could use for backdrops during his time playing with his toys and Eli, someone around his own age, who helps fill up his large home are two great examples of this. Aside from his toys, brother, and occasional friends from school, he most of all enjoys watching shows on his living room television. One show in particular he loves to talk about when given the opportunity: The Pokemon Rangers series (or sometimes nicknamed in the community as The Power Rangers series). This child is unable to stick to one dream or aspiration at the moment, but perhaps this kid will grow into someone. Only time will tell.

Personality:

Having recently started puberty, he isn't as full of energy as he was when he was younger, starting to mellow out a bit. Enjoys calling people "dude" as a sign of respect and friendship. Considers everyone he meets has a sign of goodness in them, despite how they may treat him, especially those he is already friends with. This leaves the opportunity to backfire on Connor due to his naive view of people.

Strengths:

Loyal to his friends and family, will often speak honestly, and enjoys to use his imagination.

Weaknesses:

Regardless of whether or not he means well, he will speak his mind honestly. Additionally, as stated in Personality, he chooses to believe that everyone has a good side to them, despite how they may treat him. This leads to him leaving the door open for his naivety to backfire in his face.

Ambitions:

Is currently enjoying learning about filmmaking and photography, hoping to better his skills in these fields at the Performing Arts Academy in Carmine. He on the side is also trying Toro's gym challenge like his older brother, Eli. He hopes to learn much about the bond between man and pokemon throughout this experience.

History: After Connor almost chose a Mudkip for his first pokemon at the Legrand Labs, this Torchic caught young Connor's attention as it grew interested toward the child's video camera! The boy and pokemon warmed up to one another moments after. Rhys mentioned that the three feathers atop a Torchic's head gave good luck. Connor was then reminded of a character in a movie he was shown by his father once that also had incredible luck, and so, the nickname Ferris was given to the young pokemon!
Personality: Is young and curious, still getting used to the world outside of the Legrand Labs. He is very interested in Connor's video camera, always doing silly things when the lens is pointed at him.

Nickname: Truman
Gender: Male
Nature: Timid
History: Strove for creative freedom, but was working for a horrible employer that only wished Truman to create specific bland art. He would receive criticism harshly, despite doing their best with what they were given. After an altercation that lead to the owner of Truman having enough of them, they'd release the Smeargle. Truman would not only be comforted, but also having their artistic skills be praised by Connor. He accepted Connor as their new trainer ever since.
Personality: Enjoys expressing himself through art. At first shyer around new humans, but if given the chance, is happy to use his brushy tail to make some quick art for them.

History: First met Connor when he was younger at the Kibo Festival. Connor fished up a boot at the festival's fishing event, surprised to find out that the boot was actually a Ditto! Many years later, it seemed to have followed Connor. One day while the boy was hanging out with his friend Cody in the Ashwood Manor's living room, they'd notice an unfamiliar plate on display. As they investigated the plate, they'd be greeted yet again by the same Ditto from all those years ago. It enjoyed Connor's video camera as much as Ferris the Torchic did, giving some entertaining dance moves for the boy's film. Has been a pokemon of the young filmmaker ever since.
Personality: Enjoys imitating various people, pokemon, and objects. Is a great enjoyer of swinging parts of it's body about in dance to express itself.

Gender: Female
Nature: Naive
History: While walking home from Carmine with his friend Jade, they'd notice a sort of commotion along the road. As they grew nearer, they'd notice a small unfamiliar stage. Three wild pokemon were focused onto the stage's performance of two puppets that were strangely moving around despite there being no sign of strings - or even a puppeteer! One thing lead to another where one of the wild pokemon, an aggressive Pancham, was stumbled back by Connor's Torchic in a short pokemon battle. As the Pancham stumbled back into the stage, the stage and it's puppets began to fade away! Investigating the following sounds behind the now lone log, Connor would find the source of these illusions to have been from a wild Zorua. After many pets and praising the Zorua's work, he'd catch the fox, adding it to his group.
Personality: Enjoys to create illusions for entertaining others. Has a minor talent in becoming dolls.

Nickname: Lebowski
Gender: Male
Nature: Gentle
History: While getting bullied by two older and more experienced Machops for not being as strong as them, Connor stepped in and helped to defend the poor innocent Machop. Connor nearing the end of a pokemon battle where his Torchic, Ferris, was soon to faint, the bullied Machop came in to save Connor this time! It dealt the final blow to their bully, finally standing up for themselves. Connor caught the Machop moments later, the two now beginning their journey to help each other train to get stronger.
Personality: Is a bit of a pushover, but is currently trying to build up more confidence and assert themselves more.
