Er, hi everyone, I'm really sorry this isn't the post you would've expected, but I'm afraid I've been having some technical issues - something about not recognising certain characters as English in the particular English-language code? I'm not sure what characters they're talking about, at first I assumed it was because I was using the e with the pinyin in Pokemon, but even after fixing all that it didn't work.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with creating your whitelist app. From what I understand, we recently implemented changes to our forums due to an onslaught of Russian spam bots. So, I think these changes may have been the issue here, and I apologize for that. We'll try to get it sorted out.

Hey! More staff here - woops. Don't worry this posted just once, and it is just fine. We're super sorry about that, we were having a reallllllly bad time with Russian spammers trying to sell us actually Viagra and stuff, so we put in a code to kinda prevent new accounts from posting a bunch of Cyrillic letters and stuff to try and cut back on it - I had no idea that this would happen though!
If you happen to have your original app that got denied for posting, would you mind slapping it up on a pastebin or something with all the coding and such and passing it along? Hopefully so we can prevent this from happening again!

Hello! I'm sorry for the delay, was pulled away when I woke up, and I haven't had the chance to look at your app yet. I am also sorry about the whole 'English only' thing, I think two other people mentioned having similar problems too. I'm just glad you still applied despite that! ^^

Anywho, onto your app: Overall, it's good! Your character is cute, and your Open Response is fantastic. There are just a few small things I would like to inform you of, and that I'll need changed, before I can properly accept you though.

• Your appearance, personality, and biography sections need to be a minimum of 5 sentences. This might be able to help you expand your character's personality and biography, don't feel compelled to do all of them though: http://www.toro-league.com/forum/viewto ... 125#p12125
• Small things on the bio...
- Will someone else be playing Alburt? I will still be able to allow this and he could be an NPC who's only mentioned, but, from personal experience at least, it might be a bit awkward having an NPC best friend!
- You will also need to explain how/why your character came to Toro in specific! It doesn't have to be a very good or elaborate reason, simply stating she saw some nice flyers or overheard someone talk about it could work.
• We use the word 'Pixel' to replace 'Poke', so Pixelmon instead of Pokemon!

Other than these things, I can't really see any problems! Like mentioned, your app is pretty good, and I'm glad you applied! I am also, once again, sorry for the problems. Once you have fixed these problems just make a reply so I know that you've done so, and I'll look over it as soon as possible. Alright! Looks good! If, in the future, a friend of yours is interested in playing Alburt, I'd be more than happy to review their app once they apply. Besides that, he can just be an NPC that your character references occasionally. I'd imagine his existance would just have to follow the 'Foreign' RP rule (TL;DR: don't have him make any significant impacts on Toro's lore nor any characters outside of your own without approval.)
