Wallace's eyes, like many others, were drawn to their Premier, and he watched him - even while the smoothie shop owner went on about his own problem. Then after Aeiden spoke, he speaks up for everybody, backing him up.

" Ah, yes, that is something I forgot to explain. "
the middle-aged man holds up the box that laid next to him, " If you have any concerns that you want brought up, please submit it here. The box is locked, " he knocks on it, " sturdy, and it'll be here after the meeting if you wish to remain anonymous. " lowering the box back on the podium he straightens his posture, " Who else wishes to share their thoughts on Team Noir now? Perhaps someone can even quietly summarize what was said to Mr. Bishop over there."

Seeing Mr. Bishop is sitting only a few seats in front of him, Leo leans onto the next chair in front of him and whispers, "Mr. Bishop, if you would, let me summarize. There has been discussion concerning the morality of whether to lock them up or kill them on sight. The possibility of setting a trap to lure them all out into one place has been brought up, a tournament or something to coax them out. What else..." He puts his hand to his chin and thinks, making a mental checklist of everything he remembers. "Ah, there has been talk of capturing some of the members to interrogate and find out their plans. An RTMP mentioned something about using normal-type pixelmon to confront Z, as all his attacks are ghost-typed. And finally... we had just began discussing the state of the Toro prisons and their lack of effectiveness."

Watches the man as he turns around and speaks to him, then nods a thanks as he realizes what he is talking about. He frowns as he finishes and says in a gruff whisper:

"Z can use a variety of moves against any type, using a normal type simply just force him use a fighting type, such as dynamic punch, as is common amongst sableye. And the issue with the prisons aren't that they can't hold anyone in, the issue are the people who guard them." He looks the man, his green eye seems to glow. "Those prisons are wrapped in shielding so people can't even teleport or phase through the walls. We simply just need more dedicated folk who believe in keeping criminals from their families."

He continues to watch the man, waiting for a response.

Tyrael listens to the wide variety of opinions, and he is loving the gentle and concerning discussion. He thinks of the words he wants to say again before he takes another stand.

"I agree that we should hold an event or something public that we know Team Noir would go to, something like a fake legendary jewel comes to town or something. I believe that we need it to be close to somewhere where we can keep the captured grunts captive but far from civilization. I'm sure we wouldn't want them to go on a destructive rampage if we hold such an event in the middle of a big city like Aurelia. We can't afford more damages, or the lives of the people. I also don't know exactly "where" we should keep the grunts at, but if we put them somewhere abandoned or a place hidden, there would be a less likely chance for anyone to find them but us. It doesn't seem like a great plan, but it was just a suggestion. Thank you."

He nods to the crowd as he turns around and sits back down in his seat, waiting for another response.

Leo listens to Aeiden's response, an inquisitive look on his face, and he nods in agreement at his last statements. The odd hue of the man's eyes is striking, but with no grounds or right to be asking questions or prying, he pushes it to the back of his mind. He responds with a hushed whisper, "It is true; we can try different plans and schemes all we like, but with mediocre guard, it will be no use. Team Noir escapes left and right.. At this rate, how will we keep Z in the cell for a minute..." He rubs his chin, thinking, then looks back at Aeiden. "Do you know how much of the Sableye's abilities he was able to absorb? Knowing might help us better prepare something.."

Aeiden taps out a rhythmic pattern on his cane for a few second, staring blankly with wide eyes at his finger. He wait a few moments, then takes a breath and looks up at him.

"How many abilities? We haven't a clue. But we do know it is genetic, whatever was done to him. Anything else... that can be inferred."

Leo watches him think, noticing the difference in his mannerisms since before he showed up at the hospital during Davi's recovery. He gets the gist of Aeiden's information and responds with a nod, realizing 'they' had no more of a clue about it than anyone who has been exposed to Reaper Z. "If we approach the matter as if he were a pixelmon, it would not be quite as difficult. But yes, it's as much of a guessing game as anything," he says followed by a sigh. Leo looks from his tapping finger to the cane and then back up to his face, trying to connect the man he sees before him to what Tom had briefly explained happened to him. He leans back in his seat, not wanting to take away from the meeting but also unsure of the appropriate way he should be acting around Aeiden. He watches him for a few moments in case he had anything else to say.

Narrows his eyes a bit, noticing the man staring at him from the corner of his eye. He runs a hand over his face, then looks at him.

"The issue with treating him like a pixelmon is the fact that he isn't a pixelmon. He is still human, with all the cognitive faculties of a human. Anything we do, it is in the range of possible outcomes that he can predict our move. I heard someone say that we gather more people together. Well the issue with that... is the more people around him, the more will die. Z likes to have fun... and it can be mistaken for a goofiness that doesn't make him seem malicious... but that is simply because he is insane. It's possible that he can predict our moves... but it is nearly impossible to predict his. And you want to know why I seem so tense? It's because this is the largest gathering of people here that has been in Toro for years. You do the math on where Z would want to go next."

He looks the man in the eyes a few moments longer, then looks back down at his cane, continuing the tapping with distant eyes,

Benji's eyes narrow upon hearing Aeiden, and he frowns. He speaks up for the first time in the meeting.
"Ah... do you really think that he would attack us here? That seems a foolish move for him to make, especially considering the strong fighters we have here."

((Edit: my bad, didn't realize it was private... thought Aeiden was talking to everyone))

Aeiden looks at benji, originally mad that he had randomly joined his private conversation, but then sighed. He looks him in the eye and says,

"Do you really think that matters to him?"

He resumes tapping.

"He is almost a storybook villain... something you see in fairytails.. something tells me that he's going to get worse before he gets better."

He narrows his eyes, "He knows too much, we may have a mole."

He looks up at leonardo and smirks, "Though luckily for us, those individuals wear their lies like a noose around their necks."
