History

Meixue was born in Kunmin, the tourist destination of Tianguo. As her family was a part of the aristocracy, Meixue was able to afford the luxuries of archery and horseback riding lessons, other tutors, and lots of other treats. Her family could afford such a lifestyle since they worked with one of the powerful local triads in pixelmon smuggling. The family’s large estate was used to store the smuggled goods while they awaited transport. While Meixue was mostly kept out of the illegal business, she did often see the pixelmon that were going to be smuggled. When she was young she felt bad for the pixelmon but eventually grew out of feeling too bad for them. She understood that they were a source of income and necessary for her family. As a teenager, she started helping her family smuggle the pixelmon. Since she was a girl it was easier for her to do it. She didn’t like smuggling the pixelmon since it was more physical labor than she liked, so she went onto recruiting other teenagers, mostly ages twelve to fifteen, into the triad. At the age of 18, Meixue left her family to go to a college in Shoudu. While she was away, a new recruit reported the family to the authorities about the illegal activities. While her family managed to bribe their way out, the event still left her bitter.

When Meixue returned to her family, she found that she was not satisfied with the work she was doing for the Triad. It was almost impossible for her to rise high into the ranks since she was a female. So, she decided to leave Tianguo. She wanted to move to a place that wasn’t too big nor too small. While she was browsing one of the markets in Kunmin, she heard a couple talking about Toro. She decided, after an investigation on the Toro Region, that she would set up there.

Personality
Meixue is ambitious and rather manipulative. She hates doing grunt work wants to move up in life by gaining power and wealth. She would rather stay towards the back and guide others to do her bidding. She isn’t the type to commit crimes just to causing trouble. If the community is in trouble, Meixue will step up to help them. She values loyalty above all other traits. She will look after those she considers family. However, if any of her “family” members break out of line, she tends to punish them quite severely. Meixue hates those who betray her loyalty. Sometimes it is to such an extent that nothing productive comes from them meeting each other. While she likes children, she often finds herself disgruntled by their naive nature. She believes that parents baby their children longer than they should and thus treats those above 13 years old as an adult.

Weaknesses: She tends to hold grudges, dislikes heavy lifting
Alignment: Lawful Neutral- While she doesn't care too much about the laws of the country, she cares a lot about the laws she sets down for her own family.
