History: David's father helped him catch this Pokemon when David was 7 years old. David was allowed to use one of his father's Skarmory that was usually lent out for flying services. Despite the Skarmory's strength being above the Poliwag, as well as having a type advantage, David's lack of experience made things difficult. However he eventually managed to catch the Poliwag, mostly due to its lazyness kicking in about halfway through the battle. This is the only pixelmon David will own that will not receive a nickname, and so it shares a special bond with him. Poliwag is one of David's closest friends, and the two have been together since it was caught.

History: Although they got off to a shaky start when he was caught, Vulcan is now one of David's strongest pixelmon. Around the age of 14, David was walking through the route near Lilycove City, and saw this Cyndaquil drinking from a puddle, as it had recently rained. David saw this as an opportunity to catch a pixelmon without his Dad's help, and so started a battle with the pixelmon. After a reletively short battle, the Cyndaquil tried to escape, burning off David's shoe in the process. David caught up to it quickly however, and managed to capture it. It was hesitant to trust him at first, as it was terrified of him. However, after a series of attempted escapes and rescues from wild pixelmon, it began to trust him more and more, and is now a very close friend.

History: David was raised in a house very close to Lilycove City in the Hoenn region. He grew up in a decently sized home, nurtured by his stay-at-home mother, while his father worked in the city. His father provided flight services for the city, charging a fee to allow patrons to fly to various cities on his 3 Skarmory and single Pidgeot. David was raised close to these pixelmon, and he began to see them as more than just pets, but as fellow people. He was never formally taught how to battle, and this is mostly because there was no gym in the city that he grew up in. He has always been interested in battling, but has only been able to see the battles on his family's TV, and was occasionally able to watch contests in the city as well. As he grew older, he began to show a desire for battling, and tried to challenge the other students in the high school he went to, even though many of them did not own pixelmon of their own. This came to a peak when his poliwag attacked another student on his command, although she had no pixelmon on her. Expelled from school, David could not bear to face his family, and so wrote them a letter apologizing, and ran away. He survived on his own for many months doing miscellaneous jobs for people in Mauville City, but was not enjoying life at all. After his last job was finished for the Bike shop, he found a flyer from the Toro region, and began to plan for a trip to there, where he could possibly make something of himself there, and maybe become a stronger trainer, like he had always wanted too.

Nature
Personality: David is very rash, and fails to think things through most of the time. Many of his problems are often caused by this. When it comes to his own pixelmon or friends, he will go through many lengths to care for them, however other people and their pixelmon are outside of his concerns more often than not. He is a somewhat kind person in general, but he will not help out in things not concerning him very often unless it is worth his while. He is a very independent person due to his working in Mauville for extended lengths of time, and will try to do things without help as often as he can, whenever he can. Overall, a decent person, but this could change depending on who he meets, and under what circumstances he meets them.

Strengths: David has an incredible drive to achieve whatever he wants, going through great lengths to achieve his goals. He also cares very much for anyone he considers a friend, and will protect them at any cost to him. He sees others as friends after a few conversations, and does his best to have them see him in the same way.

Weaknesses: David is easily persuaded, and can be talked into doing a lot of different things, good or bad. David's temper is also very easy to break, and any thing on his mind before will vanish and be replaced with anger at whatever he is facing. He is also slightly greedy, and an offer of money will more than likely persuade him to do anything if he was on the fence before. Finally, David has an inferiority complex. He cannot take others holding any form of physical power over him, and will do anything to grow stronger in an effort to outstrip them.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Ambitions: David's long term ambition is, quite simply, to be great at pixelmon battling. He has held this since he was a kid, and he does not particularly care if he is the champion or not, as long as he is strong. Shorter term goals are simply to make money, and fill out the other 4 slots for his pixelmon team. Gaining political power does not concern him, and he is typically apathetic about the topic as a whole.
