Despite this, from a young age she was forced to be extra studious by her mother, whom wanted to shape Ashe into a proper lady. Ashe tends to seem less intelligent than she actually is, using slang and other improper ways of speaking, as one of her ways to go against her mother's wishes.

Ashe had a habit of sneaking out of her manor and exploring the area around her when she lived in Unova. One day she ventured a little farther than normal, into Castelia's desert. This is where she met Dagger, a small Skorupi that was being bullied by a duo of Sandile. Ashe called out to the Pixelmon, scaring off the Sandile before moving to help out the Skorupi. She'd seen many Pixelmon on the outskirts of her town, however none like this one before. The small Pixelmon was injured and in need of care, knowing it wouldn't be able to survive without care, Ashe brought the Skorupi back to the city in order to heal it at the local Pixelmon center. After some waiting, the Skorupi was fully healed! Nurse Joy confirmed Ashe's theory, a Skorupi wasn't a native Pixelmon to Unova. Ashe was excited to find such a rare Pixelmon, however she knew that Skorupi must want to go home.. However once they arrived the outskirts of the desert, Skorupi didn't seem to want to leave! Ashe was excited to make her first friend, and the two became inseparable ever since. However it wouldn't be easy, Ashe had to keep her friend a secret from her parents whom didn't think too highly of Pixelmon.. After meeting the street performers, Ashe was given a PixelBall of her very own to catch her Skorupi, whom she named Dagger.

On one sunny afternoon, Ashe went for a walk around the plains surrounding her home. Nearing the treeline towards Ferrite, Ashe paused as she heard the sounds of panicked squeaking. She looked around, trying to identify where the sound was coming from, soon discovering that it was a Zubat. One of its wings had been caught in some sort of man-made trap. Taking pity on the Pixelmon, Ashe teamed up with Dagger in order to break the trap that held the Zubat. After it was free, the Zubat tried to fly, however its injured wing prevented it from taking flight. Not knowing what else to do, Ashe brought the Zubat home, taking care of it until its wing was all better. When the time came for the Zubat to leave, it instead flew back to Ashe, deciding to join her team.

When Dion returned from Kanto, he brought a necklace home with him as a gift for Ashe. However the necklace had more to it than it appeared. Inside a Gastly caught in Lavender Town called home. Ashe was overjoyed to have a new friend, however found herself disappointed as the Gastly remained silent and did not show itself. It took sometime for Lilith to make her first appearance, helping out Ashe one day when she found herself in a bit of trouble. Lilith continued to help Ashe on occasion, was never around for long. This finally changed when Ashe began to take Pixelmon training and battling more seriously. One day after some time training, Lilith revealed herself, seeming to want to battle Ashe and her Skorupi, Dagger. Ashe was both confused, and excited to see the Pixelmon, however agreed to the request. After a long battle, which Ashe and Dagger proved victorious in, Lilith finally accepted Ashe as her true trainer, listening to her from now on. Lilith evolved into a Gengar alongside Dion’s Haunter Wen-Yin, during their time in Johto.

History: Before Toro:

Ashley Blake was born in Unova, the only child to a rich family. From a young age Ashley was taught to follow a strict schedule, listening to orders and lessons in order to become a proper young lady. She followed her parent’s wishes, however after her lessons she would often sneak out of the manor to play in the outskirts of Castelia’s deserts or to watch the street guitar performances in awe. She didn’t want to live a fancy life, playing the violin and learning how to properly dance the waltz. She wanted to rock and roll, learn how to play the guitar and play music that everyone could party too! To do what she wanted rather than what her parents wanted.

Time passed, and Ashley continued to sneak out of her home. She eventually even becoming friends with some of the street performers who thought her passion for the music was endearing. They even gave her a guitar of her own to practice with, a gift that Ashley treasured. With time, she eventually started going by Ashe, to match the simple yet cool sounding names of her friends (at least in her eyes), never really liking the name she was given by her parents too much anyways..

However not all happy times last, and Ashe’s family found themselves in debt. They had lost their money, their high-ranked status, and even their home. Ashe had even lost her guitar, her parents had discovered her hiding spot for it, and desperate for money, had sold it. Life in Castelia wasn’t working out anymore, deciding to start a new life, Ashe’s parents scraped together whatever small amount of money they had left before heading to Toro to try their luck in a different economy.

Adventures in Toro:

-When Ashe first arrived in Toro, she felt very withdrawn from everything around her. Her parents seemed to be constantly arguing and often taking out their anger on her. It took some time for her to gather her courage and leave the comfort of her small bedroom. She felt out of place among the smiling and laughing people, spending so much time at home had robbed her of her carefree spirit. Ashe decided to head home, she felt as if she had made a mistake. However being a small bab in a large crowd, Ashe soon found herself lost, not recognizing where she was. Starting to feel a little overwhelmed, Ashe ran until the loud noises of the city seemed to die down. She panted, trying to catch her breath and calm her racing heart. Feeling a bit better, Ashe took a moment to take in her surroundings. She seemed to be in some kind of park, with a tall trees and a large tower. Panic began to rise again, in her desperate attempt of fleeing, she had become even more lost. Ashe crouched down, feeling helpless and alone.

The gentle strumming of a guitar cut through the sounds of bird Pixelmon chirping. Raising her head, Ashe let the sound soothe her. Slowly she got up from the ground, wondering who the source of the sound was. Peaking from behind a bleacher, Ashe saw a boy with dull red hair with pink tips playing a guitar. For the first time in a long time, a small fire of her former self began to burn within Ashe, and after taking a deep breath, she approached the boy.

Dion Ross became Ashe’s first friend in Toro, and thank to him Ashe was finally able to connect to her old self, despite what her parents wanted. Just like her, he loved to play guitar, and soon the two began to jam together, sharing their love of music together. Due to their love of music, the two decided to create a band together, eventually naming it Resilience. Through him she even made another friend, a boy named Allen. Years had begun to pass, and one day Dion brought the news that he had acquired a house for them to practice at. This became Ashe’s new home, spending most of her time here however taking care to visit her old home in order to prevent her not-to-seemingly-care-anyways parents, from thinking she had gone anywhere. At the “Ross House of Rock,” Ashe had made another friend. When Dion was first showing her the house, a boy had wandered up to them, hoping to seek shelter from the rain. He was their age, and introduced himself as Ryder. Dion and Ashe agreed to let him stay the night, and eventually live there as they discovered that he had come from a strange island without Pixelmon and had no place to go. They even soon began to teach him how to play Bass, eventually leading to him joining the band.

-Ashe’s next month wasn’t too eventful, besides the occasional jam session or two, until one day a strange earthquake had begun to shake Toro. Ashe and her friends joined a group in discovering that Toro’s swampland had undergone a drastic change thanks to the power of Virizion. Ryder, being an adventure lover had lead to group in exploring the new land, and Ashe couldn’t help but join in on the excitement of the moment. During this, Dion and Allen had grown a little distant, however Ashe didn’t notice, instead blindly following Ryder through the murky water. She knew music was great, but had no idea how fun exploring with friends could be. Eventually, a mine had been discovered, and beside Ryder, entered without seeming at all concerned. The group faced a few trials, crossing a broken bridge, and nearly getting grabbed my a Parasect, however despite this, Ashe’s passion for adventure had not wavered. Until Dion began to feel ill, he began to grow itchy, until large red marks had begun to form on his arms. He was having an allergic reaction to the bug type spores in the air. Ashe had begun to feel torn, she wanted to make sure Dion was okay, but she didn’t want her adventure with Ryder to end so soon. Thankfully she didn’t have to choose, as the protesting Ryder and the group were teleported to the Aurelia hospital. For the first time in his life, Ryder had failed an adventure. He left the group, needing some time alone, while Ashe went with Dion to make sure he was okay.
-Another noteworthy event came from Ashe and Dion heading to Adamas in order for Dion to challenge his grandfather’s gym, Toro’s final gym. Ashe and Dion had both a long, yet exciting adventure, ending with Dion earning his gym badge, and Ashe getting a cold. However despite this, the adventure they shared will be an experience Ashe won’t ever forget.
-Ashe and Dion head to Tyrian to help with deal with an Arbok and Ekans invasion. All goes well in the beginning, however during a large battle with the ‘Arbok King’, Ashe gets bit and poisoned by one of the Arbok. She receives some of the anti venom in time thanks to Dion, however ends up having to go to the hospital afterwards for further treatment.
-Ashe eventually finds herself starting to feel the same feelings as Dion has felt for her, the two start dating.
-Ashe and Dion take a trip to Johto during their final summer before College, hoping to find time to relax and further develop their relationship.
-Ashe starts College, looking to major in Graphic Design.
-Ashe begins to take work commissions, she takes on a project to paint the walls of the Lotus Casino.
-Ashe and Dion get engaged.

Personality

Ashe is a rebellious girl who has a strong love for music. She has a rather easy-going personality, seeming to always have a positive vibe about her. She doesn’t let much get to her, instead seeming to find amusement out of small things. Ashe can also seem mildly arrogant at times, making it hard for her to make friends, however once she opens up to someone, they’d find she’s a confident person who really does value her friends.

Strengths: Ashe has a passion for music and loves to play the guitar, which she's actually quite good at for her age. Although she may have a hard time making friends, she is loyal to the ones she has. Ashe is also a confident person, not letting others get to her easily. (More will likely come later due to currently being a bab)
Flaws: Ashe’s way of speaking might be a little strange to some. She can also be too rash at times, charging into potentially dangerous situations for fun. Ashe also has a more relaxed and carefree personality, often times having a trouble with taking things seriously.
