Sorry, this actually isn't where I excel in, I'm just good at googling stuff but... have you allocated more ram? Toro's ModPack is quite heavy ^^ you can see how tohere.

2 things.

Thing 1: Do you have a secondary graphics card?

Thing 2: Are you running Java 32 bit or Java 64 bit and if you have both, could you uninstall 32 bit?

No, I do not have a secondary graphics card, and Im only running the 32 bit
Thing is, this is the first actual time Ive had a problem with the server

That was your first problem, minecraft requires 64-bit Java, not 32-bit. That's part of the reason and now any actual reason you have will be much easier to understand.

Your crash dump does not tell much about the problem, sadly. You should try reducing the number of launch arguments to a minimum at first, maybe one of them does not like to play along with our mod configuration.
